The Barn Guesthouse and Tearoom
We’re absolutely delighted to introduce ourselves as the new
owners of The Barn Guesthouse and Tearoom and to be starting this exciting new
chapter here in Hutton-le-Hole.
We’re Penny, Peter and John- sister and two brothers- and The Barn will be very much a family-run business. Peter and John will be on site with Penny helping with the business side of things.
We’re all incredibly excited to be taking on such a special place and feel very lucky to be continuing its story.
Peter and John have already been living in the village; we’re all looking forward to getting to know the village better and welcoming both familiar and new faces.
Apart from the great location The Barn Guest House and Tearoom is the perfect place for guests who enjoy walking, cycling or just looking for a place to relax. Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery any Season of the Year.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and come with a delicious hearty full English breakfast. The tearooms also offer reasonably priced tasty meals & scones. The owners were wonderful hosts and gave us great travel advice while there…..
The perfect location, the moors are gorgeous any time of year but in the autumn exceptional, my sister and I were lucky enough to have front room which looks out onto the village green with the sheep grazing in the morning sun…..
